Success Home Care clients can also access property maintenance services through Emerald Property Maintenance.

Services may include:

• Garden maintenance

• Seasonal yard clean-up

• Weeding

• Outdoor property tidying

• Other routine property maintenance

Property maintenance can be added to a monthly home care package based on the client's individual property needs.

Package Terms

​

• Packages are billed monthly.

• Package hours are intended for use during the applicable billing month.

• Unused hours do not roll over to the following month.

• Additional hours are billed at the applicable regular service rate.

• Mileage is billed separately at $0.72/km when applicable.

• Individual visits are subject to a 2-hour minimum.

• Individual visits cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.

• Monthly packages may be changed or discontinued with 48 hours' notice.

• Statutory holiday visits are subject to applicable statutory holiday charges.

• Services are subject to staff availability and the client's individualized support plan.
